Yes, Absolutely. For all customized orders, we share a mock design first for your approval, if you want changes in the design, our team will make them. It will be only sent to production once you approve it.
Any kind of logo, clipart, picture or text can use in Custom designs.
Yes, 2 BD are charged for shipping inside Bahrain and 7 BD are charged for fixing the neon at client site.
International Shipment charges vary from size to size and client will be charged as per the courier invoice.
Custom design can vary from order to order. Charges are quoted as per the size and design.
Yes, you can refund or replace your customized product if it’s not made as per the final design or if there is any major defect or crack in the light. Minor issues which can be fixed at the customer site will not be eligible for the refund or replacement.
Yes, we offer 6 months’ warranty for our Neon signs including Light and Wiring. Any defect in 12 V Power Adopter is not covered under warranty and will be charged separately in case of replacement.
